PAYMENT, PACKING AND SHIPPING

Payment

We currently offer three methods of payment:

-          by credit and debit card (Visa and MasterCard);

-          via Paypal;

-          by bank wire transfer.

All Master Card and VISA cards are accepted. Our payment gateway runs on the Pays system. Pays is registered

by the Czech National Bank as a certified payment service provider. All necessary requirements and licence criteria

are adhered to and regular checks are conducted. Online communication is secured at the highest possible level.

The card numbers and the holder’s names are not stored in the Pays system.

Under the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a bill for the buyer. At the same time, we, as the seller,

are obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; within 48 hours at the latest in case

a technical failure occurs.

Packing

All our products are carefully packed to ensure your order is delivered safely. We use high-quality cardboard boxes

and filling according to the size and specifics of the item. “A” size map printouts are packed into spacious high-quality

envelopes made of thick cardboard to prevent damage during shipment. Size “B” and “C” map reproductions are rolled

into a cardboard tube for further transport. Framed maps are wrapped in several layers of cardboard to ensure a safe

shipment.

Shipping

All products marked “in stock” are dispatched no later than four business days after receiving the order. The standard

delivery time is 4-7 business days for EU countries and 7-20 business days for overseas destinations. These are the

maximum delivery times though; we recently shipped a product to Singapore that took only four days to arrive!

For all destinations we use the services of the Czech post and its international postal partners.
